UNDERTAKING – NO FEE REFUND POLICY

ENGLISH

I hereby declare that after taking admission in the institute, the registration fee, admission fee, tuition fee, bus fee, examination fee, practical fee, or any other deposited amount shall not be refundable under any circumstances. I fully understand that withdrawal/cancellation of admission after confirmation shall not entitle me to claim fee refund from the institute.

I also understand that if I discontinue the course in between the academic session, I shall remain liable to pay the remaining course fee as per institute norms.

 

 

UNDERTAKING – ACADEMIC & EXAMINATION PROCESS

ENGLISH

I understand that academic teaching, practical training, laboratory work, clinical training, industrial exposure, workshops, assignments, and internal assessments shall be regulated and conducted by the institute.

I also understand that semester examinations, annual examinations, result declaration, marksheets, degree issuance, and academic calendar related examination activities are conducted by the concerned university/authority and not by the institute.

Therefore, if any delay occurs in examination conduction, result declaration, or marksheet issuance from university side, the institute shall not be held responsible.

 

 

UNDERTAKING – ATTENDANCE

ENGLISH

I understand that minimum 75% attendance is compulsory as per university and institute norms. In case of shortage of attendance, I may be debarred from examinations, practicals, placements, scholarships, industrial visits, or academic activities.

 

 

UNDERTAKING – PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE

ENGLISH

I understand that placement assistance shall only be provided to students maintaining minimum 75% attendance, proper discipline, academic performance, practical competency, and professional conduct throughout the course duration.

The institute does not guarantee placement but provides placement support opportunities subject to eligibility criteria.

 

 

UNDERTAKING – DISCIPLINE & DIGITAL CONDUCT

ENGLISH

I undertake that I shall not damage institute property, furniture, laboratory equipment, transport vehicles, hostel property, computers, digital systems, or any infrastructure of the institute.

Any wear and tear or damage caused by me shall be recoverable through disciplinary fine.

I further undertake that any objectionable social media activity, digital post, online statement, negative campaign, abusive comment, misleading information, or digital impression against the institute shall be treated as disciplinary misconduct.

 

ANTI RAGGING UNDERTAKING

(UGC / AICTE / DAVV Standard Format)

I hereby declare that I shall neither indulge in ragging nor support any act of ragging directly or indirectly inside or outside the campus.

I understand that ragging is a punishable offense under law and may lead to suspension, expulsion, FIR, or cancellation of admission.

 

UNDERTAKING – FEE PAYMENT

I undertake to deposit all fees within prescribed timelines. Delay in fee payment may result in penalty, suspension of classes, examination restriction, or withholding of results/documents.

 

UNDERTAKING – SCHOLARSHIP DISCLAIMER

I understand that scholarship is granted by Government through MPTAAS/concerned government portal and not by the institute.

The institute shall not be responsible for delay, rejection, discrepancy, non-approval, or non-disbursement of scholarship due to government portal issues or student documentation errors.

UNDERTAKING – MOB/CROWD ACTIVITY

I undertake that I shall not participate in any strike, unlawful gathering, mob activity, protest, or group activity which damages institute image, discipline, academic environment, or property.
